Do you support two-factor authentication? How do I set it up?

Yes, we do support two-factor authentication! Follow the steps below to set it up.

Follow these steps to enable Two-Factor Authentication

  1. Visit Tinfoil Security and sign in with your account.
  2. Once signed in, click the dropdown with your email or name in the top right of the dashboard, and click "My Account"
  3. Select "Security" from the tabs on the left side.
  4. Check the box labelled "Require two-factor authentication for sign-on"
  5. Follow the instructions on-screen.

Two-factor authentication is now enabled! Try logging out to see it in action - when logging in from now on, your login will fail unless you input the two-factor code from your phone. If you're having trouble logging in, verify that the time and date on your device are accurate, then try again.
